Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed slightly. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3–7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days after processing

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delays & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact the carrier first using your tracking information. If further assistance is needed, reach out to us and we’ll help resolve it.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately and we will do our best to update it before the order ships.
