Thank you for shopping at Buzzards Bay Apparel Co.! We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns
- Return Window: We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Exempt Items: We do not accept returns on items marked as final sale.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please visit our online store and log into your Customer Account. Select the items you wish to return from your order history and submit a digital request.
Return Shipping
- Cost: We offer free return shipping on all eligible items.
- Labels: Once your return request is approved, a prepaid return shipping label will be generated and emailed to you. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Refunds & Processing
- Inspection: Refunds are only issued after we physically receive and inspect the merchandise at our facility.
- Approval: If your return passes inspection, we will immediately initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeframe: Credit card companies and banks typically take between 5 to 10 business days to post the refund credit back to your account.
